During Indie World Showcase livestream, developers from Furcula revealed a trailer for their newest game Morsels. This fast-paced creature collecting production is expected to launch in February, however you can already add it to a wishlist on Steam.
In Morsels we play as a hungry mouse searching the sewers for food. However, upon meeting magical sentient fatberg we quickly learn how to transform into a mighty little Morsel. With new powers, players set off to dangerous upper worlds to battle against the cats’ oppressive forces and collect new Morsels, which can be strategically swapped for combat.
Collect a roster of playable characters and switch between them at will. Each Morsel has its own abilities and strengths, and can become afflicted with ailments or boosted with power-ups. You’re free to explore multiple hidden bonus levels with unique art styles and surprising gameplay twists. Overcome a clique of killer cats and persist at all costs to survive.
