Set in the year 2030, Dreadzone takes place in a world ravaged by the Zeno-29 virus, a deadly outbreak that has turned the infected into horrifying mutants. Governments have established isolated quarantine zones to contain the virus, leaving the infected to fend for themselves in desolate wastelands. You take on the role of one of the infected, stranded in a remote zone filled with abandoned factories, crumbling houses, underground hideouts, and untamed wilderness.
Survival is the only goal, but it won’t be easy. Supplies are scarce, danger lurks around every corner, and the virus is slowly taking hold of your character. Dreadzone challenges you to scavenge for resources, craft tools, build shelter, and survive against relentless threats. The zone is filled with dangerous wild animals, zombies, mutants, and other desperate survivors, all driven to do whatever it takes to stay alive.
