Three years after a mixed reception on Steam, Eternal Evil is coming to consoles this May, hoping to attract a wider audience. Publisher Axyos Games and developer Honor Game announced that this first-person survival horror shooter will be available on May 30 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
In Eternal Evil, you play as a lone survivor in a zombie-infested city, navigating a dark world inspired by survival horror classics like Resident Evil. The game emphasizes movement through tight corridors, resource management, and challenging hardcore gameplay where you’re left to fend for yourself. A realistic weapon system and damage model heighten the intense combat.
Exploration is key, with interconnected locations filled with puzzles and secrets that deepen the immersive atmosphere. You must carefully manage limited ammo, healing items, and tools. Enemies are relentless, mutating and attacking with unyielding aggression, making every encounter a critical fight for survival.
