Set in the year 2030 following the catastrophic Zeno-29 virus outbreak, DREADZONE immerses you in a sprawling quarantine zone that blends abandoned industrial sites, decaying urban environments, underground shelters, and dangerous wilderness areas. The game presents a multifaceted survival challenge where you must contend with various threats including virus-infected zombies, grotesquely mutated creatures, aggressive wildlife, and hostile human factions.
DREADZONE offers a complete multiplayer experience with both cooperative and competitive gameplay modes, built around the core theme of desperate survival in a lawless environment. While the foundational systems for character progression and resource management are already in place, specific details about these mechanics remain limited ahead of the Early Access launch this summer.
