Adventure RPG Veritus, developed by Colorgrave, launched for PC via Steam on July 22 for €6.99. It currently boasts around 95% positive reviews and had a small but successful launch, promising a true retro-style experience.
Veritus is a vibrant adventure game with the pixel-perfect aesthetic of a Game Boy Color title. In this game, you journey into the dark chambers of the god of shadows, Veritus, uncovering secrets hidden within his castle. As you explore, you’ll face monsters and mysteries at every turn, collecting resources and equipment to survive.
Along the way, you’ll use your weapons and tools to defeat monsters and solve puzzles that block your path. To aid in your quest, set up camps in safe havens within the castle. Here, you can prepare for adventures by equipping a variety of weapons and tools, embarking on expeditions with companions, and resting after each encounter.
