Cursemark Is Blasphemous-Inspired Roguelike Where You Forge Your Own Fate

You know that feeling when you’re just scrolling through social media out of boredom? That’s how I stumbled upon this action-exploration roguelike called Cursemark. It’s heading to PC on Steam, though we don’t have a release date yet. What really caught my attention was unique crafting system they’ve got and the whole mystery surrounding these “Unknown Lands.” Honestly, I’m even getting a bit of Blasphemous vibe from what I’ve seen.

In Cursemark, you’re basically diving into a world which is huge and is packed with secret paths, hidden treasures, and some seriously weird scenery. Every time you play, you’ll uncover more of the world’s mysteries, so it sounds like exploring pays off with unique finds. The big thing in the game is crafting and unlocking tons of different items and spells, and once you get them, they’re yours to keep for all your future adventures. You can really mess around with your gear to play how you want, whether you like getting up close and swinging a sword, slinging spells from a distance, or doing a bit of both.

The real cool thing about Cursemark seems to be these “runes” you pick up each time you play. They’re super powerful and you equip them on your gear to make it better. These runes can work together in many ways, totally changing how the game feels each time you go in. You can do stuff like make your sword hit way harder or add fire to your attacks. The fighting looks pretty intense too, you’ll need to be quick on your feet and think smart to deal with all the enemies and those huge bosses.
